This book was my first full foray into the world of being an author.

In 2008, I underwent a double preventative mastectomy with immediate reconstruction via tummy tuck due to being at increased risk of developing breast cancer.

When I was doing my research to help me decide what to do, there was very little information available.  So I decided to write a book about my journey to help other women facing a similar decision to be able to make an informed decision.  Please take note: the book contains pics before, during and after my surgery.
